Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive to manage client relationships, drive new business opportunities, and ensure seamless coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through outreach, networking, and follow-ups.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, creative, operations) to deliver high-quality service.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries and maintain client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
