Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Follow up with clients to ensure prompt payment collection.
- Maintain office accounts, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Record and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in accounts/finance role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial record keeping.
- Good communication and client follow-up skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
