Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Finance Department. The candidate should possess strong accounting expertise, be proficient in Tally Prime, and have a thorough understanding of GST and TDS compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records accurately using Tally Prime.
- Prepare and reconcile GST and TDS returns, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate financial data.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely transactions.
- Generate financial reports as required by the management team.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth functioning of the finance department.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on GST and TDS compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
