Job Description: Account executive
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9.
· Verify input and output GST to ensure accuracy.
· Resolve any GST-related discrepancies or issues.
· Prepare and file TDS returns, including TDS on salaries, payments to vendors, and other applicable transactions.
· Ensure the accurate deduction of TDS as per the Income Tax Act.
· Generate TDS certificates for deducted.
· Maintain and update all financial records related to GST and TDS.
· Prepare and maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
· Reconcile GST and TDS ledgers with general ledger accounts.
· Stay up to date with the latest GST and TDS regulations and amendments.
· Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the company's tax position.
· Prepare and submit periodic reports on GST and TDS to the management team.
· Provide recommendations for optimizing tax liabilities and ensuring compliance.
· Assist external auditors during GST and TDS audits.
· Collaborate with internal teams to provide required documentation and explanations.
· Utilize Tally accounting software to manage the company's financial transactions.
· Maintain and update Tally records for all financial entries.
· Generate financial reports from Tally as needed.
· Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately reflected in the company's accounts.
· Identify and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and financial records.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· Proven experience in GST and TDS compliance, with a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience.
· Strong understanding of Indian tax laws and regulations.
· Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools.
· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹9,624.15 - ₹20,000.00 per month
