Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts using Tally
- Ensure knowledge of Partnership Accounts and company accounting
- Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C
- Generate and manage E-Invoices as per statutory requirements
- Handle sales accounting and perform customer ageing analysis
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor payments and receipts
- Reconcile Form 26AS with books of accounts to ensure correct reporting of TDS credits
- Ensure accurate and timely TDS payments to the government
- Prepare and file TDS returns (such as 24Q, 26Q) in compliance with statutory deadlines
- Ensure compliance with PF (Provident Fund) and PT (Professional Tax) regulations
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely vendor payments and maintain records of outstanding dues
- Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure adherence to statutory and internal policies
