• Insurance Knowledge: Strong understanding of personal insurance and accident claims is often required. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze complex information and resolve challenging issues independently. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and assertiveness are crucial for interacting with various parties. Medical & Legal Acumen: A foundational knowledge of medical concepts and legal requirements related to insurance claims. Organizational Skills: The ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle a high volume of case files. Technical Proficiency: Efficiently use electronic claim systems and other relevant software. Independence & Responsibility: A high degree of autonomy and a strong sense of personal accountability for managing claims.
