Role Summary
The Accessories Fitter is responsible for fitting, installing, and maintaining automobile accessories in Hyundai vehicles, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Fit and install accessories like seat covers, music systems, alloy wheels, reverse cameras, sun films, floor mats, roof rails, body kits, etc.
- Follow Hyundai’s standard fitting guidelines and safety procedures.
- Ensure proper electrical connections while installing electronic accessories.
- Coordinate with Sales, PDI, and Service teams for timely delivery of vehicles with accessories.
- Inspect fitted accessories for quality and functionality before delivery.
- Maintain records of accessories fitted and report to the Accessories Manager/Service Manager.
- Keep tools, equipment, and fitting area clean and well-maintained.
- Assist in stock checking and safe handling of accessories.
- Provide feedback on customer requirements and support in upselling accessories when needed.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Automobile/Electrical (preferred).
- 1–3 years’ experience in automobile accessories fitting (Freshers with training can also apply).
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and vehicle body fittings.
- Good hand skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
