Job Title: Academic Mentor
Role Overview
As an Academic Mentor, you will play a key role in guiding and motivating students, tracking their academic journey, and fostering a supportive environment for both academic and personal growth. You will work closely with educators and families to ensure every student reaches their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Mentoring & Student Engagement
- Build positive and trusting relationships with students to inspire academic success and holistic development.
- Organize and lead co-curricular activities, clubs, and enrichment programs that encourage all-round growth.
- Partner with teachers and counselors to understand and address individual student needs and challenges.
2. Academic Monitoring & Support
- Track and evaluate student performance regularly, identifying and addressing learning gaps promptly.
- Conduct assessments and deliver personalized academic support when required.
- Collaborate with faculty to design and implement tailored learning strategies for students needing extra assistance.
3. Family Communication & Support
- Maintain ongoing communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress and well-being.
- Coordinate parent meetings to align on academic goals and support plans.
- Offer guidance to families on effective learning support at home.
4. Data Management & Reporting
- Keep accurate records of attendance, academic performance, and student conduct.
- Analyze academic data to plan targeted interventions and drive continuous improvement.
- Leverage digital tools and educational platforms to monitor and report student progress efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
