Job Title: Academic Mentor
About the Role
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Academic Mentors to guide students in achieving both academic excellence and personal growth. As a mentor, you will serve as a supportive guide, motivator, and role model, helping students overcome challenges, build confidence, and realize their potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster positive and trusting relationships with students to encourage holistic development.
- Lead co-curricular activities, clubs, and enrichment programs that enhance learning beyond the classroom.
- Collaborate with teachers and counsellors to identify and address academic or behavioural challenges.
- Track and assess student performance, identify learning gaps, and provide personalized academic support.
- Maintain transparent communication with parents and guardians, ensuring alignment on goals and progress.
- Keep accurate records of attendance, performance, and behaviour, while using digital tools to report and monitor progress.
- Analyse academic data to recommend targeted interventions and continuous improvements.
