JOB DESCRIPTION: ACADEMIC COORDINATOR
Role Overview: The Academic Coordinator oversees and enhances the educational programs for
students from grades 1 to 12 across multiple school franchises within the state. This role involves
ensuring the smooth functioning of academic operations, supporting teachers, and ensuring that
curriculum standards and educational goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Management:Review and update curricula and instructional materials to
meet educational standards and student needs across all franchises.
Teacher Support: Provide guidance and support to teachers, including training to
improve instructional practices. Travel to various franchises to conduct workshops and
training sessions.
Student Performance: Monitor and evaluate student performance, including
assessments and standardized tests, to ensure academic progress and identify areas for
improvement.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with educational regulations, policies, and standards,
and prepare reports for school management and educational authorities.
Travel Requirements: Regularly travel to different school franchises within the state to
oversee academic operations, provide on-site support, and ensure consistency across
locations.
Requirements:
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, School
Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience in a teaching or academic management role, preferably
within a school setting.
Skills: Strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and
proficiency in using educational technology
Knowledge: Understanding of educational standards, Instructional delivery, and student
assessment methods.
Travel: Ability to travel frequently across the state to visit multiple franchises

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
