Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven ABM Sales Executive to design and execute targeted marketing and sales campaigns focused on high-value accounts. This role combines sales acumen with marketing expertise to engage key stakeholders, accelerate pipeline growth, and close deals in alignment with Pentoz’s IT services portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target high-potential enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams to create personalized outreach and engagement plans.
- Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts and build strong relationships.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns including email, social media, events, and personalized content.
- Qualify leads generated from ABM campaigns and manage the sales pipeline to closure.
- Use CRM and marketing automation tools to track engagement, measure success, and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on market intelligence and customer insights.
- Achieve or exceed pipeline and revenue targets aligned with ABM efforts.
- Represent Pentoz Technology in client meetings, industry events, and webinars focused on key accounts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in sales or marketing roles with a focus on ABM, B2B sales, or demand generation.
- Strong understanding of IT services, SaaS, cloud solutions, or digital transformation technologies.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot).
- Ability to analyze data and campaign performance to make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work collaboratively across teams.
Preferred:
- Experience in IT services or technology consulting companies.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing alignment best practices.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and ABM platforms.
