Job Description:
We are hiring an enthusiastic and committed Abacus Teacher for our education center in Ajmer. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with children and be passionate about teaching Abacus and developing mental math skills. Training will be provided if required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Abacus concepts to students using structured and engaging methods
- Conduct classroom sessions and individual attention when needed
- Prepare and organize lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments
- Track student progress and maintain regular records
- Communicate with parents regarding student performance and participation
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage interactive learning
- Attend Abacus training sessions and adhere to the institute’s curriculum
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- Interest in teaching and working with young learners
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and classroom management abilities
- Willingness to undergo Abacus training if not already certified
