Responsibilities :

  • Present menus and/or daily specials at tables.
  • Prepares order for presentations to guest.
  • Resets tables quickly.
  • Gives personal attention and uses teamwork when providing guest services.
  • Acquires a working knowledge of hotel, in house facilities to respond to customer questions and promotes all services the hotel provides.
  • Needs to check the overall conditions of the dining room ensuring its readiness for customers.
