  • Project Role Description : Own the client aspects of service management for one or more outsourcing contracts. Lead the day-to-day management of contract operations and performance. Invest on a daily basis in overall growth of the outsourcing contract and its financial performance.

    • Key Responsibilities : A : Maintaining positive relationships with customers Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context B : Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the teams processes and tasks are carried out efficiently C : Managing finances and budgets D : Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction E : Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services

    • Technical Experience :
      A :Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the companys services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise B : Experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics may be advantageous C : Good computer skills and the ability to use business support software D : Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills E : Good resource planning skills
