Department Overview
The Office of the Head of Technology (OHoT) drives "the business of Wells Fargo Technology" as well as oversees a variety of Technology-wide functions. Through close partnerships with the Technology Leadership Team and partners in HR, Finance, and Communications, this team enables our technology transformation and leads effective IT business management.
About the Role
Participates in a formal internship program with a duration of at least ninety days. Internship includes performing various assignments to become familiar with the organization and gain basic work experience. Work assignments are augmented by classroom training, self-study assignments, workshops, networking and/or other events.
The Intern as part of the OHOT – Technology Analytics team works/collaborate closely with the other team members to provide best is class Analytics support to OHOT organization. The key responsibilities include but not limited to.
Responsibilities:

• Will be involved directly in the technical build-out and/or support of dashboards, query tools, reporting tools, BI tools, multidimensional models, etc. that enable analysis, modeling, and/or advanced data visualization including development of Tableau/PowerBI/Microsoft BI reports using multiple databases
• Recommends potential data sources; compiles and mines data from multiple, cross business sources.
• Develops specific, customized reports, ad hoc analyses and/or data visualizations
• Working with senior consultants or directly with partners, responsible for identifying and defining business requirements and translating business needs into moderately complex analyses and recommendations.
• Ensures adherence to data management/data governance regulations and policies
• Applies knowledge of business, customers, and/or products/services/portfolios to synthesize data to 'form a story' and align information to contrast/compare to industry perspective

Essential Qualifications

• University degree in Business or related discipline.
• Strong analytical skills.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience of working across one or more geographic territories or regions
