We are seeking an experienced and passionate 3D Visualizer / ArchViz Artist to join our creative team. This role requires proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling software, rendering engines, post-processing tools, and virtual reality (VR) technologies. As part of our team, you’ll create stunning visualizations for architecture, real estate, and design projects, helping clients bring their visions to life with photorealistic renderings and interactive experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- 3D Modeling: Create high-quality 3D models for architectural projects using Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, Rhino, SketchUp, Maya, and Cinema 4D.
- Rendering: Utilize industry-standard rendering software (V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Redshift, Octane Render, Arnold) to generate photorealistic imagery.
- Post-Processing & Compositing: Perform post-production work using Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Nuke, and Fusion to refine and enhance visuals.
- Real-Time Visualization: Develop immersive experiences using Unreal Engine, Unity, and Twin motion for virtual tours and interactive walkthroughs.
- BIM & Architecture Software: Work with BIM tools (Autodesk Revit, Archicad, Vector works) for seamless integration with architectural workflows and design data.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and other team members to meet client expectations.
- Ensure all visualizations are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

- Real-Time Visualization Tools: Unreal Engine, Unity, Twinmotion
- BIM & Architecture Software: Autodesk Revit, Archicad, Vectorworks
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visualizations.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture, Design, Animation, or a related field.
- Knowledge in 3D visualization and rendering.
- Experience with 3D Vista Tour software for creating immersive virtual tours.

Gain experience in post-production work, using Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve to refine and enhance your renders. You will learn techniques for compositing, color correction, and image refinement to produce the highest-quality visuals.
- Virtual Reality (VR) & Real-Time Visualization
Learn to develop interactive VR and real-time visualization models using Unreal Engine, Unity, and Twin motion. This will allow you to create immersive virtual tours and interactive walkthroughs of your projects, helping you stay ahead in immersive 3D experiences.
- BIM & Architecture Software
Understand Building Information Modeling (BIM) and architectural design workflows using tools like Autodesk Revit, Archicad, and Vector works. You will learn to integrate your 3D models with BIM processes to create detailed and accurate architectural visualizations.
