Core Responsibilities:
- Leading Yoga Classes:Conduct both group and individual yoga sessions, adapting to different skill levels and needs.
- Demonstrating Poses:Clearly demonstrating and explaining various yoga postures and techniques.
- Providing Modifications:Offering modifications and adjustments to poses based on individual abilities and limitations.
- Ensuring Safety:Creating a safe environment for practice, preventing injuries, and addressing any concerns or questions from participants.
- Promoting Mindfulness and Well-being:Fostering a mindful and positive atmosphere that encourages participants to connect with their bodies and minds.
- Monitoring Progress:Observing participants' progress and providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
