Job Overview:
We are looking for experienced Warehouse Supervisors to manage and streamline our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, team supervision, and warehouse logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Supervision:
- Lead a team of warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Provide training and foster a collaborative team environment.
Inventory & Operations:
- Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct audits.
- Optimize storage layout and warehouse efficiency.
- Oversee receiving, packing, and dispatching of goods.
Safety & Compliance:
- Enforce workplace safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and government regulations.
Reporting:
- Generate reports on inventory, staffing, and operations.
- Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Excel for tracking.
Required Qualifications:
- 12th pass required; diploma/degree in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics.
- Proficient in WMS and Microsoft Office.
Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
