Monitor and manage patient care in the hospital wards.
Conduct regular patient rounds and update treatment plans as per consultant instructions.
Administer medications and provide emergency medical care when required.
Assist in medical procedures and coordinate with senior doctors and nursing staff.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure proper documentation.
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and patient safety guidelines.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment and recovery.
