Customer service rep with an experience of at least 2-3 years of international BPO voice experience. Voice is the main skill along with written proficiency.
This team will work out of M2C (MDC2C) with a shift span of 8 am to 8pm EST. Weekend working should be good with candidate should there be a need. it will be any shift between the 12 hour window. This is a RTO deal so 100% work from office. Heavy call flow ad hence requires good experience and acceptance of calls.
