1) Set up and operate VMC machine for tool room components.
2) Interpret engineering drawings , blueprints and CAD Models .
3) Select appropriate tools , fixtures , and machining parameters.
4) Conduct first off - inspection and ensure in process quality control .
5) Maintain Machines and tools , ensuring , a clean a safe working environment .
6) Perform programming edits ( if required ) on the VMC System .
7) Work Closely with Design and Production team meet tight tolerances
8) Record Daily Production and Maintenance logs.
9) Handle basic measuring instrument like vernier caliper , micrometer , height gauge , etc.
