Job Summary:
Peepcrowd Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and motivated VMC or CNC Milling Operator with at least 1 year of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining CNC or VMC machines to produce high-precision components as per engineering drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate VMC or CNC milling machines.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Monitor machining operations and make adjustments to ensure accuracy.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (e.g., Vernier calipers, micrometers).
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot minor issues related to machine operations.
- Maintain production logs and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in VMC or CNC milling machine operation.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and tool offsets.
- Familiarity with G-code programming (added advantage).
- Knowledge of measurement instruments and quality checks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
