Job Responsibilities
- Client Consultation & Coordination
- Communicate with clients via calls and emails to understand their visa needs and provide timely assistance.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure smooth processing and client satisfaction.
- Requirement Analysis & Guidance
- Assess client requirements for various visa categories and offer accurate guidance on the process, documentation, and timelines.
- Visa Quotations & Follow-ups
- Prepare and send visa quotations to clients.
- Conduct systematic follow-ups to address queries and advance the application process.
- Document Verification & Query Resolution
- Review and verify client documents to ensure compliance with visa requirements.
- Resolve client queries related to documentation, eligibility, and application status.
- Visa Application Processing
- Assist in the end-to-end processing of visa applications, ensuring all steps are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Coordination with Embassies/Consulates
- Liaise with embassies and consulates for application submissions, status updates, and clarifications as needed.
- Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, documentation, and application progress for internal tracking and compliance.
