We are looking for a visa counsellor for a reputed company located in Science City.
The key responsibilities are :-
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:Provides administrative and logistical support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing sales reports, and handling customer inquiries.
- Order Processing & Management:Ensures accurate and timely order processing, manages inventory, and coordinates with other departments for order fulfillment.
- Customer Relationship Management:Responds to customer inquiries, provides product information, and maintains positive customer relationships.
- Communication & Coordination:Facilitates communication between the sales team, other departments, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Sales Data Management:Maintains accurate sales records, tracks sales performance, and generates reports.
- Training & Development:May assist with training new sales staff and ensuring they have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Law, HR, or related field) preferred.
Previous experience in visa administration, immigration consultancy, HR, or student services is advantageous.
Knowledge of relevant immigration policies/regulations.
Experience using case management systems (desirable).
