We are seeking a skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to assist our international clients. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) and prior experience (minimum 12 months) as a Virtual Assistant. This role requires empathetic, solution-oriented individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and consistently maintain a high level of professionalism.
What will you do?
- Work schedule: 5 days a week, aligned with US/UK business hours. Flexibility may be required during peak periods.
- Supporting top executives and professionals from Fortune 1000, Fortune 500 clients and small and medium sized companies.
- Assisting them in their day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, managing their calendar, managing their task list, email management, basic customer support, other admin tasks.
- Perform accurate data entry into internal systems and CRMs (primarily HubSpot)
- Maintain and update CRM records regularly and diligently
- Acting as personal assistant and perform ad-hoc tasks as delegated, demonstrating an adaptive and can-do approach
- Clear and Proactive client communication through email, phone and IM on a daily basis.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
What should be your profile & skills?
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant with UK/US based clients.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a plus but not mandatory).
- Proactive problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, accuracy and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging situation calmly and effectively.
- Effective time manager, active listener and quick adaptability to new tools, systems, and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and similar productivity tools.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work during UK time zone hours.
- Flexibility to adjust working hours during peak periods or as needed.
