Responsibilities:
- Edit high-performing reels tailored to the brand’s audience, marketing objectives, and platform algorithms.
- Use hooks, pacing, and visual storytelling to grab attention and increase views, shares, and saves.
- Select engaging fonts, colors, and styles to enhance brand consistency and readability.
- Edit subtitles, backgrounds, and incorporate trending elements to maximize retention.
- Source relevant clips, music, and assets from online platforms while adhering to copyright rules.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media (especially Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts).
- Choose the right music and sound effects to match the post’s objective and audience preferences.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in video editing for social media (portfolio/reel required).
- Expertise in Premiere Pro, CapCut, and After Effects (motion graphics a plus).
- Strong understanding of what makes a reel viral (hooks, pacing, trends).
- Keen eye for design, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work quickly and adapt to fast-paced trends.
- Knowledge of copyright rules for sourcing clips and music.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
