✅ 1+ year experience in video editing, especially for podcasts or informative videos
✅ Good audio editing skills
✅ Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects
✅ Basic understanding of YouTube (uploading, SEO basics, thumbnails)
✅ Ability to work under deadlines and deliver on time
✅ Basic knowledge of handling camera and production (shooting, lights, mic setup)
✅ Organizing and managing raw footage
✅ Creative eye for storytelling and improving video quality
✅ Team player with good communication skills
