Core Responsibilities
Video Production & Editing
- Edit raw footage into short form videos (30s–3min) for platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, our Website, and Twitter.
- Edit raw footage into longform Audio-video podcast/ interviews (25-30 min) for platforms like YouTube, Apple Podcast, Spotify and for our website.
- Integrate motion graphics, lower thirds, captions, key in frames, and sound design elements
- Optimize formats, codecs, and resolutions for web and mobile performance.
- Sensitive Colour Grading targeted for Apple and Samsung Displays.
Collaboration & Workflow
- Idea Creation: Partner with content strategists, and marketers to develop visual and audio concepts
- Brand Kit Maintenance: Maintain an organized asset library, version control, and project documentation
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, ensuring quality and consistent brand compliance
Continuous Improvement
- Stay current on design, video, and podcasting trends, tools, and best practices
- Recommend new formats, styles, or technologies to elevate content impact and efficiency
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Video views, watch time, and completion rates across platforms, Downloads.
- Timeliness and volume of deliverables against content calendar.
- Asset quality and consistency with brand guidelines.
- Cross team satisfaction scores and workflow efficiency improvements.
Requirements
- 3 years of professional or freelance experience in video editing, and podcast/audio production.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Beginner to Intermediate experience with Blender, Canva, Runway ML, Krea.io, Kling AI, Davinci, Gamma, etc.
- Demonstrated motion graphics and storytelling ability across static, video, and audio formats
- Robust portfolio showcasing design samples, video reels, and podcast/audio edits
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and self-motivation
