Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in video content creation, editing, and social media management
- Proven track record with a strong portfolio showcasing short-form and long-form content (Reels, YouTube, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, Marketing, Design, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Familiarity with SEO principles, especially in video and social media content
Skills
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.) with strong visual storytelling ability
- Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) and current content trends
- Basic knowledge of SEO for optimizing captions, hashtags, video titles, and descriptions
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) and motion graphics tools
Other Requirements
- Must be available to work in-house (on-site)
- Ability to plan, shoot, and edit content independently as well as collaboratively
- Willingness to adapt to brand voice and creative direction
- Comfortable managing content calendars, scheduling posts, and analyzing performance metrics
