Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination:Working with the sales department to schedule and prioritize vehicle deliveries, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Vehicle Preparation:Ensuring vehicles are ready for delivery by inspecting for damage, verifying serial numbers, and confirming that all necessary options are installed and operational.
- Customer Education:Explaining vehicle features, operating instructions, warranty information, and paperwork to customers.
- Paperwork Handling:Ensuring all necessary documentation, including sales paperwork, is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Customer Service:Addressing customer questions and concerns, providing excellent service, and introducing them to the dealership's service department.
- Post-Delivery Follow-up: Following up on any post-delivery items, such as title and registration, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
