Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Chemical / Mechanical / Oil Technology
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor vanaspati manufacturing machinery and process units
- Maintain optimal process parameters for hydrogenation and fat blending
- Control valves, pumps, heaters, and other equipment involved in vanaspati production
- Detect and report any abnormalities or equipment malfunctions promptly
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards during operations
- Record process data and maintain shift logs accurately
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality control teams for smooth production
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of vanaspati manufacturing processes and equipment
- Ability to read process flow diagrams and operate control systems
- Attention to detail and ability to respond quickly to process variations
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety and quality compliance
