Designer
We are in search of a dynamic and talented UX/UI Designer who possesses a unique blend of artistic flair, technological aptitude, and a deep understanding of user research. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct extensive user research to inform and inspire your design decisions, ensuring our platform not only meets but exceeds user expectations. By integrating user insights into every aspect of your design process, you will create visually appealing and highly functional UI/UX designs that resonate with our B2B audience and enhance user engagement with our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product teams to understand user needs and business goals, translating them into innovative design solutions.
Design UI/UX elements for our agentic automation platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
Create and iterate on visual designs, including graphics, layouts, and branding materials.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design consistency across the platform.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to our industry.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Designer in a B2B environment, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills, creativity, and depth of thought.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user-centered design practices.
Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
