The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our team and help build intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences for our customers. From e-commerce journeys to mobile experiences, you’ll play a key role in defining how users interact with the Ecoware brand across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design user-centered digital interfaces and experiences from concept to final hand-off
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma or similar tools
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams
- Advocate for accessibility and responsive design best practices
- Analyze user behavior and iterate designs based on feedback and performance metrics
- Stay current on UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve user experience
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design (or a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects)
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Solid understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, and usability principles
- Experience with user research and testing methodologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bonus: Experience working on e-commerce platforms or sustainability-focused products
