Working hours would be between 2:00 PM and 11:00 PM IST. Some flexibility is expected.
Responsibilities
- Deliver wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes for individual features or enhancements
- Aligning with product requirements and design system standards to produce clear, usable UI
- Provide detailed specs to enable smooth developer handoff
- Apply existing UX patterns and avoid introducing net-new paradigms without team guidance
- Communicate regularly with assigned Product and Engineering partners for status updates
- Work within the defined scope of each assignment and asking clarifying questions as needed
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback with minimal iteration cycles
- Keep designs organized and versioned in Figma
- Ensure assigned work conforms to our design system, documentation guidelines, and is well prepared for developers using Figma’s Dev Mode annotation feature.
Required Technical Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design roles
- Proficiency with Figma (including components, annotating and prototyping)
- Demonstrated experience showing clean, effective interface design for complex tools or workflows
- Comfortable working independently on scoped assignments
- Familiarity with handoff practices and basic front-end principles
- Ability to work reasonably overlapping business hours with USA team members in Mountain and Pacific Time Zone
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for good design
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how it affects the UI
- Always designs with the user first, adhering to design standards, and testing designs to ensure quality user experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing for enterprise or B2B products preferred
- Familiarity with data visualization or dashboard design (optional)
