Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Typist who is proficient in both Malayalam and English typing, and has working knowledge of PowerPoint and DTP tools. The ideal candidate must be a team player who can perform under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Type documents, question papers, study notes, and presentations accurately in Malayalam and English.
- Prepare and format content using MS Word, PowerPoint, and DTP software (e.g., PageMaker or InDesign).
- Assist teachers or content creators by typing class materials, tests, and handouts.
- Ensure all documents are free from spelling and formatting errors.
- Manage multiple typing tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Work closely with content and academic teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
- Proficient in Malayalam and English typing (speed and accuracy required).
- Knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint) and DTP software.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
- Prior experience in typing or DTP work is an advantage.
Work Schedule
- Timing: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Extended hours may be required during high-volume periods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
