Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Visa Processing & Appointment Booking Executive to join our team. The role involves preparing and submitting visa applications, booking & managing visa appointment slots, and providing excellent customer support to clients throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fill out and submit visa application forms for various countries (UK, Schengen, USA, Canada, etc.)
- Search for and book visa appointment slots efficiently
- Communicate with clients to gather required documents and information
- Maintain accurate client records and update application status
- Research and provide guidance on travel requirements and processes
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, online portals, PDF editing, email communication)
- Good geographical knowledge (countries, embassies, travel routes, etc.)
- Ability to work under time-sensitive deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills in English (and [add local language if needed])
- Previous experience in visa application processing, travel agency, or related field is an advantage
