About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a Training Program Strategist—someone who can design, build, and launch professional training.
You’ll be the brain behind a certification program that transforms learners into confident practitioners. This role is perfect for someone who understands how to bridge the gap between complex concepts and practical learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Planning
- Lead the end-to-end roadmap for launching certification and upskilling programs
- Identify learner personas and map their journey into modular, actionable training tracks
- Translate complex topics into accessible and engaging formats for diverse learners
Content Development
- Design training modules on real-world use cases relevant to the product or service
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts, technical teams, and educators to craft content
- Create interactive, hands-on formats—video, templates, projects, quizzes, and more
Execution & Launch
- Oversee program deployment, from pre-launch campaigns to onboarding and learner engagement
- Work with marketing and tech teams to position the training program effectively
- Monitor feedback, adapt modules, and scale the program across industries and
geographies
Ideal Candidate
- Background in L&D, edtech, or instructional design with a strong grasp of complex
concepts
- Skilled at translating technical or domain-specific content into simple, digestible learning formats
- Hands-on experience building courses or certification tracks
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple content streams
- Familiar with LMS platforms, digital learning tools, and gamification techniques
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
