Job description:- Trainer is typically a senior chef responsible for training novice commis chefs and other kitchen staff in basic culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations. Responsibilities include demonstrating proper preparation, cooking, and plating techniques, creating timetables, ensuring adherence to standards, monitoring inventory, and fostering a positive learning environment to help junior staff develop their skills for a culinary career.
