Role Overview
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Intern to support our email marketing and content marketing initiatives. You’ll gain hands-on experience in creating compelling content, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance across B2B channels.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing
- Assist in planning and executing targeted email campaigns to nurture prospects, engage leads, and promote content assets (e.g., case studies, whitepapers, event invites)
- Draft email copy for various campaign types - cold outreach, drip sequences, newsletters, and event follow-ups with guidance from the team
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to build and segment lists based on persona, behavior, or funnel stage
- Use email marketing tools (Smartlead or similar) to schedule, A/B test, and monitor campaign performance
- Track and report on key metrics such as click-through rates, bounce rates, and conversions, and share insights for optimization
- Help maintain a clean and updated database by ensuring contact hygiene and list accuracy
Content Marketing
- Write and edit engaging, SEO-friendly blogs, landing page content, social media posts, and email copy aligned with Accelirate’s voice and tone
- Support the creation of content, topic research, and outlines for various campaigns and verticals
- Assist in developing content assets such as case studies, one-pagers, client success stories, and product summaries
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing versions of content (e.g., PDFs, social creatives)
- Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized posts and emails for multichannel distribution
- Research trends, competitors, and industry news to support the development of relevant, timely, and insightful content
Data Mining & CRM Operations
- Perform basic data mining to identify and collect contact details of relevant decision-makers from LinkedIn, company websites, and tools like Cognism
- Ensure data is accurately entered and updated in the CRM (Zoho or similar) with appropriate tagging, lifecycle stages, and notes
- Assist in organizing and maintaining prospect lists and outreach pipelines
- Support sales and marketing alignment by updating CRM with campaign interactions, and deal statuses
- Run basic CRM reports to support campaign analysis and performance tracking
Other Support Tasks
- Contribute to campaign planning and brainstorming sessions
- Assist in managing and updating the company blog and resource center on the website
- Help ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all digital assets
- Take part in weekly marketing reviews to share progress, learnings, and new ideas
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing, or related field
- Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail and storytelling
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Smartlead, Mailchimp) is a plus
- Basic understanding of SEO, B2B marketing, and content strategy is preferred
- Enthusiastic, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
