We’re looking for Track and Trace Coordinators with strong skills in tracking, customer communication, and real-time problem-solving.
Key Requirements:
- Must have hands-on experience in track and trace operations.
- Minimum 2-3 year of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with both drivers and customers
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and resolve issues on the spot
- Familiarity with tracking tools like Skybitz and Samsara preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up capabilities
- Proficient in using GPS tracking systems and dispatch software
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track shipments in real-time throughout the shift
- Communicate proactively with carriers and customers regarding delays or issues
- Ensure timely updates and accurate ETAs are shared with clients
- Maintain logs and records of shipment status and incident reports
- Collaborate with dispatchers and customer service to resolve problems quickly
- Ensure all updates are properly documented and systems are kept current
