We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our travel operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling backend processes including itinerary preparation, data entry, vendor coordination, documentation, and customer support follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare customized itineraries and travel quotations based on client requirements.
Coordinate with vendors for bookings of hotels, flights, transportation, and other travel-related services.
Maintain and update booking records, invoices, and client databases.
Support front office staff by handling confirmations, follow-ups, and document processing.
Manage email correspondence with clients and suppliers.
Handle visa and passport documentation processes when required.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry of bookings and payments.
Maintain confidentiality and security of customer and company information.
Assist in preparing travel packages, brochures, and promotional materials.
Provide after-sales service and support to customers as required.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of travel destinations (Domestic & International preferred).
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
