Key Responsibilities of Ticketing Executive:
- Manage domestic and international flight ticket bookings.
- Handle ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
- Work on GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo) and travel booking portals.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and clients for smooth travel arrangements.
- Assist in holiday package bookings, hotel reservations, and visa documentation when required.
- Provide accurate fare quotations, travel routes, and ticketing options to customers.
- Handle B2C and B2B ticketing queries efficiently.
- Ensure error-free reservations and excellent customer service.
Skills & Qualifications for Ticketing Executive:
- Prior experience as a Ticketing Executive / Airline Ticketing Officer / Travel Ticketing Agent.
- Good knowledge of domestic & international airlines, fare rules, and travel policies.
- Proficiency in GDS systems – Amadeus, Galileo.
- Ability to handle urgent ticketing requests, group bookings, and corporate travel queries.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of holiday packages, hotel bookings, and tourism industry is a plus.
