Responsibilities:
- Process flight, train, bus, or event ticket bookings accurately.
- Issue, rebook, or cancel tickets as per customer requests.
- Provide timely support for ticket-related queries.
- Maintain records of bookings and cancellations.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and partners for smooth ticketing operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in ticketing (travel, airline, railway, or events).
- Knowledge of ticketing systems (like Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or relevant software).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
