Job Responsibilities

• Create rich test automation POCs for Cloud Applications based on customer’s use cases and requirements.
• Manage and Upgrade Test automation Framework, which includes core libraries, oracle cloud repositories, java, selenium, operating systems, browsers etc.
• Managing and Upgrade TaaS Accelerators
• Build Enhancements on existing framework to support various infra requirements from different customers.
• Manage test builds, administer AWS hosted test lab infrastructure and enable test automation as part of Cloud SaaS products implementation and upgrade test cycles.
• Identify common challenges, time consuming activities and design optimal, efficient or enhance existing solutions.
• Effectively engage with other delivery leads and practice managers and provide insights into testing best practices and methodologies.
• Ensure that all test team members have tools and training they need to be productive and follow the established processes and standards for working on their deliverables.
• Discussions with stakeholders on future requirements, effort estimations, prioritization and delivery of requirements. Report progress status with regular insights and infrastructure consumption metrics

Job Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of progressive experience leading technical testing and QA teams to deliver on complex test automation projects for enterprise business applications and solutions.
• Hands on experience installing, configuring, automating, developing, and deploying automated test scripts using various tools and frameworks – Selenium, Extent Reports, Maven, Jenkins, GitHub
• Deep understanding of test automation framework design methodologies – Keyword, Hybrid, Page Object Model (POM)
• Strong knowledge of various testing methodologies, test processes, test automation techniques, test design principles and full project implementation life cycle
• Expert in test efforts estimation; test plans creation, test scenarios and test scripts development as per client’s business requirements
• Advanced level experience with Java programming language and Eclipse IDE environment
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify issues and root cause along with providing solutions.
• Experience executing test scripts in virtual test lab environments on multiple test machines.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adaptive to changing client and project requirements.
• Come with an attitude to innovate and continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written) – the position requires regular interaction with client and project team stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
