- Monitor tender openings and coordinate responses to evaluator queries.
- Track technical and commercial evaluations; follow up on results.
- Manage LOI/LOA acceptance, contract vetting, and negotiation support.
- Coordinate for security deposit/BG submissions.
- Assist in project handover and execution monitoring.
- Process EMD/Security Deposit refunds and maintain post-award documentation.
- Search and shortlist relevant auction tenders from portals.
- Review auction terms, eligibility, and financial requirements.
- Coordinate internal approvals and prepare bid documentation.
- Participate in online/live auctions, ensuring competitive bidding within approved limits.
- Complete post-auction formalities including payment, documentation, and handover.
