Key Responsibilities:
- Search and identify relevant tenders from online portals, newspapers, and other sources.
- Read and analyse tender documents, terms, and conditions to prepare a compliance checklist.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather required documentation and technical details.
- Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents online within specified deadlines.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders and follow up on tender status.
- Ensure adherence to all tender requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce/Business/Engineering preferred).
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in tender searching, analysis, and online submission.
- Strong understanding of government and corporate tender processes.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online tender portals (e.g., GeM, CPP, State e-tendering platforms).
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
