Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and identify tender opportunities through government portals (e.g., CPPP, GeM, eProcurement), newspapers, and private tender sites.
- Study tender documents, including technical specifications, commercial terms, eligibility criteria, etc.
- Coordinate with internal departments (technical, legal, finance) to gather required information.
- Draft and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Analyze RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFQs (Request for Quotations), and EoIs (Expression of Interest).
- Ensure timely submission of bids, both online and offline.
- Maintain a repository of tender documents, vendor registrations, pre-qualification credentials, and certificates.
