Job Title: Telugu Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain company products or services
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions
- Persuade customers and close sales over the phone
- Maintain proper records of calls and update the CRM/database
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Required Skills:
- Fluency in Telugu language (speaking is mandatory)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Prior experience in telesales or customer service is a plus
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve targets
- Basic computer knowledge
