Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors. As the first point of contact, the Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, handling inquiries, and performing various administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information to clients and visitors
- Manage the reception area and maintain a tidy and presentable front desk
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with administrative support tasks as needed
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
- Coordinate with other departments as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service attitude

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
