- Outbound Calling – Contact potential customers to promote products/services and generate leads.
- Inbound Calling – Handle incoming calls, answer queries, and resolve customer issues.
- Lead Generation – Identify potential customers, gather information, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Customer Relationship Management – Maintain positive relationships with clients, provide after-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping – Update customer information, maintain call logs, and report daily activities.
- Follow-Ups – Call back customers to remind about payments, renewals, or appointments.
- Target Achievement – Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets set by the company.
- Feedback Collection – Gather feedback from customers to improve products/services.
